Technology equipment dismantle of second-hand lines of saw-timbers sorting, ancillary equipment, the equipment of support and carrying metalware of the saw-timbers sorting workshop, situated in the Kingdom of Sweden (ANIMSCOG), sawing factory «Tom Heurlin AB» (Moelven group), purchased by the Customer from the firm UJ Trading AB (Moelven group).

• Drawing up the wiring diagrams of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic parts of lines and dismantled units of the electric power and electronic parts of a line
• drawing up the layout charts of a line and workshop support metalware; detailed photos of all main line constructions, units, wires and aggregates
• marking of all separate dismantled parts of a line; study of the electronic system of the line control, instructions on loading of the data in the PC for saw-timbers sorting routines. Preparation of the line dismantled parts for loading, including
• optimal configuration of the dismantled parts in separate transport places (holders) with necessary fixing and package
• marking of all separate transport places and packing sheets with indications of all separate parts included in a transport place

Loading of the equipment and the workshop metalware on motor transport in the Kingdom of Sweden, executing of packing documents on each motor vehicle, handing them over to the Seller for the transport documents executing.

Taking of the second-hand equipment in working condition, staff training for the later starting-up and adjustment works of the given line. Drawing up the specification for the shipment and customs clearance of the given line, loading according to the made specification and packing list drawing up, marking of the equipment according to the specification, carrying out the complete photographical report of the shipped equipment necessary for the further installation.
